The scope, responsibilities and KPO fees are agreed in writing before work begins.
Where a specialist provider is involved, their role, contractual relationship and charges should be explained separately. Investment, custody, platform and product costs also need to be understood.
Your existing advisers can remain part of the relationship. Coordination begins with your permission and a clear understanding of everyone’s remit.
Service and delivery informationWorking with KPO
The Private Wealth relationship is designed for professionals, entrepreneurs and families with around £200,000 or more in investable assets. Investable assets generally mean money available for investment, rather than the value of your main home. We also welcome an initial conversation where a business sale or other liquidity event is approaching. Fit and service scope are agreed individually.
Yes. Coordination should make your existing relationships more useful. With your permission, KPO can bring the relevant context and priorities to your accountant, solicitor and other advisers, with clear responsibilities for everyone involved.
KPO currently provides strategic advisory and coordination services. It does not offer discretionary portfolio management through this website or hold client money. Regulated advice and investment management require a confirmed arrangement with an appropriately authorised provider, explained before you engage.
Scope, responsibilities and KPO fees are agreed in writing before work begins. Any specialist, investment-manager, platform, custody or product costs should be explained separately by the relevant provider. This website does not publish a fixed tariff.
Private Wealth focuses on your financial picture and the coordination of planning and investment needs. Family Office is for more extensive coordination across family governance, businesses, multiple entities, advisers and personal affairs. The right relationship depends on complexity as well as wealth.
We can discuss the coordination needs of clients with assets or family interests in more than one country. The service available depends on residence, relevant jurisdictions, provider permissions and the agreed scope. Country-specific advice requires appropriately qualified specialists.
